To achieve an excellent service and be aligned with market standards, we work under controlled and established processes, certificated with ISO 9001
Laboratory
We have the necessary facilities for the analysis of purity, germination, and humidity of our seeds. All analysis are performed under the ISTA standard.
Seed washing and drying
We have the washing equipment prepared to receive and wash the seeds according to our clients’ requirements. We have 2 separated canoas. For seed drying, we have 3 dryers with hot and cold air turbines.
Equipment
Our processing plant is focused on selecting the seeds to meet the standards required by our clients. In Hortisem we count with:
Pre-cleaners for large and small volumes, tilting table for large and small volumes, tilting belts, spirals with 2 and 4 entrances and electronic color sorter.
